Mazzoni Center - The oldest AIDS service organization in Pennsylvania, the Mazzoni Center offers a full array of primary health care services, mental and behavioral health services, and legal services to LGBTQIA-identified people, as well as HIV and STD testing, food bank and housing subsidies for families and individuals affected by HIV, support groups, outreach and education programs.
Attic Youth Center - The Attic Youth Center is the only organization in Philadelphia exclusively serving LGBTQIA youth. The Attic offers a variety of programming and activities for LGBTQIA youth and youth allies all in a safe and supportive space.
William Way LGBT Community Center - Founded in 1974, the William Way Community Center seeks to encourage, support, and advocate for the well-being and acceptance of sexual and gender minorities through service, recreational, educational, and cultural programming.

The Gayborhood is an area of Philadelphia with a large concentration of gay and lesbian friendly small businesses, services, restaurants, and gay bars. On 18 April 2007, the city of Philadelphia officially recognized the neighborhood by adding 36 rainbow flag symbols to street signs in the Gayborhood area.
